I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Christian author, and a speaker, and I got here because I lived the pain first. I grew up in Georgia. I was bullied. I survived sexual abuse. I've walked through the kind of family wounds that don't have a category on a form. And I have been carried, slowly, by God and by good clinical care, out of that pain and into a life I now get to help other people build.

I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University (2021) and I'm licensed in South Carolina (LPC #10223).

I founded Finding Joy Counseling in Seneca, SC, where I still see clients in person. I wrote Purpose in the Pain, published by Covenant Books in 2025, as the truest thing I could put on paper. My second book, Purpose in the Waiting, is coming.

I speak at women's retreats, Christian conferences, and church events across the country and internationally. I live in the Upstate of South Carolina with my two mini golden doodles, Remy and Ruger. If you're here, I'm glad. I hope you find what you came looking for.
